(endorsed) midwife and private midwife. Trained in London as a Nurse at St Mary’s Praed St and completed her Midwifery at Queen Charlottes Hospital. She has worked all over the world including South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
Mary-Anne became an Private (Eligible) Endorsed Midwife in 2012, and has been a Midwife for more than 30 years. She is passionate about her profession and loves supporting women to have their Best Birth with Antenatal Education and in home care support.

I’m a first time mum and had a really hard time in my first 6 weeks of breastfeeding. I didn’t want to end my feeding journey but it was at the point I was resenting feed times and I would burst into tears when my daughter latched because of the damage. Mary-Anne did a house visit and I immediately felt hope. Not only did she help our latch, she told me how to keep my supply up and helped me understand what breastfeeding really meant for my baby and all the nutrients it gives her. I’m proud to say 6 months later I’m still breastfeeding.
