AFFIRMATIONS FOR BIRTH<\/h2>

My higher power is with me at all times guiding and directing my life. <\/p>

I affirm positively drawing in good at all times. <\/p>

I trust my body.<\/p>

My body knows how to give birth gently.  <\/p>

I draw on all the women that have given birth for their strength, love and power. <\/p>

I am vibrantly heathy and ready to birth my baby into the world. <\/p>

I draw the right people into my life for the best birth. <\/p>

I am completely relaxed and visualise my baby moving effortlessly through the birth canal.  <\/p>

I breathe deeply in a flowing calming rhythm. <\/p>

With each event (contraction) I relax completely.<\/p>

I relax my face, my forehead, my lips, my shoulders, my arms and my whole body.   <\/p>

My cervix softens and dilates effortlessly.<\/p>

My perineum is soft and pliable. <\/p>

My uterus pushes my baby gently into the world.  <\/p>

My uterus contacts and expels the placenta at the right time. <\/p>
